Born and raised in Ohio, my husband Bill and I moved to Person County in 1999. We are no strangers to the waterfront lifestyle. Not only did we live on a lake in Ohio, but we live waterfront on Hyco Lake and started the local marina store, Hyco Lake Boats N Boards. Guilty of wearing too many hats, we decided to simplify. We sold the boat store and got back to the core basics, family and just one career each. We are blessed with 2 children and 1 grandhchild who live locally. Although my real estate career started in Ohio in 1997, I also found my waterfront niche on Hyco Lake and graduated to Broker Status in 2003.
